Equine United was founded by Niall Power, an experienced industry professional who has been involved in the horse industry at the highest level for over 30 years. His experience extends across the thoroughbred breeding, show jumping and eventing sectors in both Europe and Australia. Niall saw the emergence of the Internet as an opportunity to improve the range and quality of services available for the Equine industry.

 The range of services provided includes:

The company has been funded by a group of independent investors, with a mix of horse industry, e-commerce and business skills, all of whom share Equine United's vision for the future.

 

Niall is the founder of Equine United and has over30 years horse industry experience, including senior manager roles at Wakefield Stud, Australia and Coolmore Stud, Ireland.  Niall also successfully founded and operated his own printing business, winning Franchisee of the Year in 1996. Niall has over ten years experience working with the Internet and has been at the leading edge in developing platforms for the equine Industry. Niall is also founder of a Roonetworks, (provider of new age technology for Video Streaming), Equineunited was the first company outside the USA to broadcast live over the Internet a thoroughbred auction and first in world to run an Unborn Foal Auction.
